Orchard Administration Limited was born out of our desire to handle claims emanating from our sister company Riverside Underwriting Limited. We commenced handling claims in July 2014 using our in-house developed claim handling system.
In 2018 Orchard Administration was incorporated into Riverside International Holdings Limited a group wholly owned by our founder Andrew Lawrence and which now includes an insurance intermediary, web development company and a travel agency.
Using technology with a human touch, our systems are designed to be proactive ensuring that our customers can access the platform at a time to suit them, interact with us via our blogging system or contact us via email and telephone.
To ensure that we maintain the highest quality we have a program of regular auditing, staff training and we use TrustPilot reviews which allow us to see independent verifiable customer feedback.
